I have a love for DIY crafts and creating amazing products. Whether it’s party packages, promotional products, drinkware, custom clothing, or home décor, I make it all.  Christmas is my all time favorite for creating amazing custom theme Christmas trees and matching decorations.

Baking

I also have a love for cooking. Cooking is in my blood. I love it. But would I ever consider opening a restaurant…no way! However, because of my cooking skill and craftiness, cake decorating is just one of those things that comes natural for me. I never thought of being a cake decorator but in 2020 when the world was shut down for covid, people still wanted to celebrate birthdays with custom cakes. In June of 2020, a close friend of mine couldn’t order his birthday cake from his favorite bakery due to the shutdowns. He calls me and says “Martha, I need a cake!” (He dubbed me the nickname “Magazine Martha” because of my creative skills and cooking.) After his cake order, they just kept coming. I would tell people “I’m not a bakery, this isn’t the business I want to be in”. But when people love your product and you are good at it, how do you keep saying no?  The answer is- you don’t! Turn what you are good at into an amazing opportunity.

Real Estate

I’m a decorator and designer. Who better to show you what your next home could be than someone with a passion for creating beautiful homes. When I walk into a house, I immediately see a vision for it and the potential it has. Real Estate for me isn’t just a side hustle. It’s an opportunity to make dreams come true. I believe everyone should have the opportunity to live their dream of owning a house and making it their dream home.

Non-Profit

The Mi2 Forever Foundation is the non-profit organization I run in honor of my little brother Mike (aka Mi2) who passed away in 2010. Mike was one of those people who would light up a room and never let you have a dull moment in his presence. I strive every day to keep his memory alive and well in the hearts and minds of everyone who had the privilege of knowing him and being in his world. The Mi2 Forever Foundation is designed to assist under privileged families who have school aged children.
