Now that refunds have been issued. I'm sure a lot of you are doing some big spending-cars, handbags, shoes, jewelry and fancy dining out. All the stuff we want but have been "too broke" to get. Sure, splurging on ourselves from time to time is acceptable, we all deserve to spoil ourselves a bit. But, is a $1000 handbag now going to help us tomorrow? Are those new Jordans or Red Bottoms putting food on our tables or building our retirement savings? Probably not, but we still want them. I get it.
